1. The first idea is to see if you can learn something from anything that happens to you or anything in which you get involved, good or bad, however you define those. Perhaps you won't come up with anything, at least right away. But often, I think you may find that there is some insight you can gain from pretty much anything that happens in your life, no matter what it seems to be.

2. The second idea is that ... I forget.
